A Gleam in the Eye

DIR Floortime™ Seminar

Parents, caregivers, and professionals played a vital role in helping children with developmental differences build meaningful connections.

The DIR Floortime™ workshop, titled “A Gleam in the Eye”, introduced the Functional Emotional Developmental Capacities (FEDC) framework, guiding children toward effective two-way communication in daily interactions.

Participants explored the truth behind social skills and behaviors, understood communication breakdowns, and learned strategies to support comprehension.

Designed for children with autism, ADHD, speech delays, Down syndrome, and other developmental conditions, DIR Floortime™ provided insights applicable to young children and adolescents alike.

This seminar offered parents, caregivers, educators, and therapists a transformative approach—helping children engage, relate, and think independently beyond spoken words.
