About the Fellowship

The I-CAN Developmental Psychiatry Fellowship is designed to build expertise in autism diagnosis and treatment, focusing on adolescents and adults with complex neuropsychiatric conditions.


Supported by the Divi’s Foundation for Gifted Children, this program combines virtual learning with hands-on training in Canada, offering Indian specialists a structured pathway to develop advanced clinical skills.

    Nomination required from participating centers
    Rolling enrollment with flexible start dates

Sustaining Impact

This fellowship aims to train 9 experts over 3 years, creating a lasting network of mentors to continue supporting autism care in India. I-CAN sites will retain infrastructure to sustain learning beyond the project’s completion.
