Ms. Nilima Divi
Managing Trustee – Divis Foundation for Gifted Children (DFGC)
She plays a pivotal role in shaping the Foundation’s strategic direction, strengthening governance structures, and ensuring alignment with Divis Laboratories’ CSR priorities.
Ms. Divi’s stewardship has been instrumental in advancing programs that support children with developmental disabilities, build professional capacity, and drive awareness and advocacy across sectors.
Her vision for DFGC extends beyond service delivery—emphasizing evidence-based practices, meaningful partnerships with leading institutions, and a deep-rooted commitment to dignity, inclusion, and empowerment for every child and family the Foundation touches.
Dr. Pramod Gaddam
Dr. Pramod Gaddam is a nationally respected pediatrician and neonatologist with over three decades of experience in advancing child health, developmental care, and institutional leadership. As President of the Divis Foundation for Gifted Children (DFGC), he provides strategic vision and direction to empower children with disabilities and developmental challenges through evidence-based clinical services, inclusive advocacy, and collaborative partnerships.
Previously, he served as CEO and later Managing Director of the Fernandez Foundation, where he was instrumental in establishing one of India’s most respected neonatal programs.
His pioneering initiatives—such as the first private-sector Kangaroo Mother Care ward and a Human Milk Bank—have become benchmarks of compassionate innovation.
At DFGC, Dr. Pramod plays a dual role of President and Advisory Committee Member, combining governance with programmatic insight. He ensures continuity at the Child Development Centre while championing capacity building, research, and innovative models of care that strengthen inclusion nationally

Dr. Pramod Gaddam

Dr. Cynthia Martin
Dr. Cynthia Martin is a licensed child and adolescent psychologist with extensive experience in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and other neurodevelopmental conditions. She serves on the faculty of Harvard Medical School and is based in the Division of Developmental Medicine at Boston Children’s Hospital.
Her work emphasizes equitable access to autism care, family-centered practices, and trauma-informed approaches. Dr. Martin has played a key role in designing and scaling clinical programs that support children with ASD, particularly in underserved and high-need communities.
As an Advisory Committee member of the Divis Foundation for Gifted Children (DFGC),Dr. Martin brings global perspective and deep expertise in autism strategy, capacity building, and mental health integration—critical to DFGC’s mission of transforming care and inclusion for children with developmental disabilities in India.
Dr. Tristha Ramamurthy
Dr. Tristha Ramamurthy is the founder of Ekya Schools and provost at CMR University, Bengaluru. Her work encompasses curriculum design, teacher development, and the creation of learning environments grounded in research and global best practices.
She leads K–12 and higher education initiatives that prioritise innovation in teaching and a strong focus on student well-being. With a deep commitment to reimagining education for contemporary learners, she has championed practices that nurture creativity, empathy, and real-world readiness.
As a board member at the Divis Foundation for Gifted Children, she contributes expertise in institution-building, educator support, and inclusive program design to help advance the Foundation’s mission.
Dr. Kishore Mulpuri
Dr. Kishore Mulpuri is a distinguished Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon and Professor & Head of the Department of Orthopaedics at the University of British Columbia. His expertise focuses on pediatric hip conditions, cerebral palsy, and fractures. As the founder of the Hip Hope Network, a global network of hip health professionals, Dr. Mulpuri aims to reduce the burden of hip conditions through clinical care, research, education, and training. He also leads the Hippy Lab, which coordinates the Hippy Global Registry Program, collaborating with over 60 institutions in 15 countries to improve care for children and families globally.
Dr. Mulpuri has received several notable awards for his contributions to orthopaedic care, including the Pediatric Orthopaedic Society of North America Angela S.M. Kuo Memorial Award and the Canadian Orthopaedic Foundation J. Édouard Samson Award. He has also served as President of the Canadian Orthopaedic Association and Founding President of the Canadian Pediatric Orthopaedic Society. Currently, Dr. Mulpuri is involved in various initiatives, including the I’m a HIPpy Foundation and the Divis Foundation for Gifted Children (DFGC), where he brings his expertise in inclusive healthcare, clinical governance, and evidence-based approaches to improve outcomes for children with developmental and physical challenges.
